Abraham (Barry) E. Cohen

Abraham (Barry) E. Cohen has been one of our directors since May 2007.  Mr. Cohen served as Senior Vice President of Merck & Co. and from 1977 to 1988 as President of the Merck Sharp & Dohme International Division.  Since his retirement in January 1992, Mr. Cohen has been active as an international business consultant.  He is presently a director of Akzo Novell NV., Chugai Pharmaceutical Co. U.S.A., Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Neurobiological Technologies, Inc. and Vasomedical, Inc.
