David Thomson

David Thomson, Ph.D., J.D. is our Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining us, he practiced corporate/commercial and securities law at the Toronto law firm of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP during 1999 through 2001, except for a period from May to December 2000, when he served as Vice President, Business Development for CTL ImmunoTherapies Corp. From 1994 to 1996, Dr. Thomson held a post-doctoral position at the Rockefeller University, where he conducted medical research in the Laboratory of Neurophysiology. Dr. Thomson obtained his bachelor's degree, master's degree, and Ph.D. degree from Queens University and obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Toronto.
