Henry L. Nordhoff

Henry L. Nordhoff has been one of our directors since March 2005.  Mr. Nordhoff has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gen-Probe Incorporated, a clinical diagnostic and blood screening company , since July 1994 and Chairman of teh Board of Gen-Probe since September 2002.  Prior to joining Gen-Probe, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of TargeTech, Inc., a gene therapy company that was merged into the Immune Response Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Nordhoff was at Pfizer, Inc. in senior positions in Brussels, Seoul, Tokyo and New York. He received a B.A. in international relations and political economy from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
